That was my take away from what I heard from last night's Republican Party. A party literally twisting with hatred of Hillary Clinton. She isn't my cup of tea, either:
She is anything but traditional.
She clearly has an open marriage.
She has always harbored intense ambition.
She doesn't give a damn what they - or anyone - thinks about her.
She gives every appearance of feeling entitled to whatever she wants.
She's not beautiful.
She has a grating voice.
Publicly, she seems to have no sense of humor.
She gives no sign of having deep religious faith.
She appears to be avaricious.
She seems to lack a sense of personal responsibility.
She often seems to be the most irritating person on the planet.
Two years ago, it would have seemed absurd to believe that I would be planning on working for a Hillary Clinton campaign. But I will be. Had already come to that conclusion months ago. If I wasn't already on board, would have been after last night.
The GOP has lost its mind. Literally. Reason - gone. It is a party filled with hatred & haters.
I won't go into what happened last night in Cleveland, but it was ugly, dark, scary. The party's distain & contempt for President Obama pales in front of its all-consuming feelings about Hillary. It has consumed their principles, the soul of what was once a great force for good. If you doubt it, watch clips from last night.
Last night, which put the previous night's Hillary bashing on steroids, bathed the party's hyberbole hysteria hate in the crosshairs of klieg lights.
Last night, hyberbol hysteria hate.
Still to come - the huckster. Through it all - the hoodwinked.
God protect & save the United States of America.
